You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of individuals. You are adaptable and can work various shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to contribute to a positive workplace culture. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your performance will be recognized through our Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit-based pay increases and growth opportunities. You will work closely with your team to ensure that every customer leaves with a smile, contributing to Carvana's mission of transforming the automotive retail experience.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr.
