You have a strong background in workforce planning and budget management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You excel in financial forecasting and have a keen understanding of supply and capacity tracking. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights is a key strength, allowing you to inform strategic decisions effectively.

You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments. You have experience working closely with teams such as Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Analytics, and Vendor Operations. Your communication skills enable you to build strong relationships and drive alignment across diverse teams.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage complex projects and ensure that all aspects of workforce planning and budget management are executed efficiently. You are adept at using data to support your decisions and are comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with product data operations. You may have a background in project management or operations, which would further enhance your ability to lead your team effectively.
