What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the AI Natives Solutions Architect team, focusing on driving the adoption of the Databricks Platform at leading AI companies. You will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of deeply technical Solutions Architects who can guide customers through their data and AI workloads. Your leadership will be crucial in adapting the team's skills to meet the evolving needs of digital and AI native customers.

You will work closely with internal sales, services, product, and engineering teams to ensure that your team is aligned with the company's objectives. Your role will involve representing Databricks as a technical leader, engaging with some of the most important customers in the industry. You will lead the team in establishing best practices throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring that they are equipped to technically qualify workloads and identify important use cases.

You will also be responsible for building proof of concepts and establishing your team as trusted advisors throughout the customer journey. Your ability to influence large product and engineering decisions based on customer feedback will be essential in driving the success of your team and the organization as a whole.
