What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Manager of People Services and play a crucial part in supporting the growth of Zscaler’s workforce. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring that all processes align with the company’s values and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Your role will involve maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and supporting the team in creating a positive work environment. You will also contribute to the development of training programs and resources that empower employees to thrive in their roles. As a member of the People & Culture team, you will help shape the future of Zscaler by fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
