You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within a logistics or retail environment. Your experience includes leading teams and managing performance metrics to drive operational excellence. You are skilled in account management and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities within your territory. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to train and coach team members effectively on Amazon processes and operational standards. You are comfortable with data analysis and reporting, using insights to inform strategic decisions and recommendations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations at Amazon's Delivery Center, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the DC manager in performance management, helping to drive the operational plan and achieve key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include market mapping and identifying potential retail stores for acquisition, as well as managing the onboarding process for new accounts. You will conduct regular field visits to maintain relationships with channel partners and assess their performance. Training and coaching will be a significant part of your role, as you will deliver sessions on Amazon's processes and products to ensure that all team members are equipped to succeed. You will also be responsible for maintaining routine reporting on store performance and providing actionable insights based on data analysis.
