Overview

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate in Client Service to connect clients with subject-matter experts. You'll play a vital role in understanding client needs and recruiting experts. This position is hybrid based in Athens.

You possess excellent communication skills in both French and English, allowing you to engage effectively with a diverse client base. What you'll do

As an Associate on the Client Service team, you will be responsible for understanding your client’s unique business questions and identifying the experts who can best provide the answers. You will actively find and recruit new experts into our network, ensuring that you determine which ones are best suited to speak with the client. Your role will involve connecting clients with subject-matter experts quickly, often within hours, to help inform their business decisions. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Additionally, you will participate in the interview process, engaging with candidates to assess their fit for the role and the company culture. Your contributions will play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success, as you help build connections that offer a wealth of perspectives.
