Amazon is hiring a Senior Account Manager for Startups in the Fintech sector to drive growth and build partnerships with high-potential fintech startups. You'll leverage your sales acumen and knowledge of the startup ecosystem, particularly in AI/ML and fintech. You have over 5 years of experience in account management, particularly within the fintech sector, where you've developed a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that startups face. Your sales acumen is complemented by a passion for technology, especially in AI and machine learning, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of AWS services to potential clients.
Your familiarity with the startup ecosystem means you understand the different engagement strategies required to support these businesses. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with both external contacts and internal teams to craft and execute plans that meet and exceed sales quotas.
You are results-driven and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and partnerships. Your ability to build trust with clients is paramount, as you aim to help them leverage AWS to achieve their business goals.
Experience working with well-funded, high-potential startups is a plus, as is a background in technology sales. Familiarity with cloud computing and its applications in the fintech space will set you apart.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of fintech startups, helping them navigate their growth journeys by leveraging AWS services. You will drive revenue by identifying opportunities for service adoption and crafting partnerships that accelerate innovation.
Your day-to-day will involve engaging with startup founders and decision-makers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that the startups receive the support they need to succeed on the AWS platform.
You will also be tasked with developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales quotas, which will require you to analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine your approach continuously. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that these startups not only choose AWS but also remain engaged and satisfied long-term.
