You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to connect with customers effectively and address their needs. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to take on the challenges that come with the role. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and enhance customer happiness. You are committed to continuous improvement and are excited about the growth opportunities available at Carvana.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Driver at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your hours will be from 11am to 9pm, and you will be expected to work 7 days a week with rotating days off. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and strives to create a positive impact in the automotive retail space.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
