You have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in developing insights that drive product decisions — your analytical skills allow you to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, which you have applied in previous roles to enhance user experiences and engagement.

As a Data Analyst in the Trust & Safety team, you will develop, test, and launch products aimed at enhancing member security and engagement — your role will involve analyzing user behavior to identify trends and insights that inform product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into the product roadmap.
You will conduct sophisticated statistical modeling to surface insights that can lead to increased member retention and engagement — your analytical work will directly impact the tools and processes that protect Chime's community. You will also be responsible for developing dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness of various initiatives.
Your work will involve advising on product roadmaps based on data-driven insights, ensuring that the organization remains focused on delivering a seamless and secure experience for its members — you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $112,140 and going up to $155,800, depending on your experience and qualifications — in addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a bonus and a competitive equity package.
