You are customer-obsessed and thrive in a role that requires both technical expertise and interpersonal skills. You enjoy problem-solving and have experience guiding clients through complex implementations, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed from day one. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you are comfortable working with data to drive decisions and improve processes. You are adaptable and can navigate the intersection of finance, product, and data workflows seamlessly. You understand the startup landscape and are passionate about empowering founders to make informed equity decisions.
Desirable
Experience with 409A valuations or similar financial assessments would be a plus. Familiarity with equity management tools and a background in finance or technical consulting can set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out solutions and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and execute technical client implementations, serving as the primary point of contact for startups as they set up and manage their cap tables. You will guide customers through onboarding journeys, ensuring they understand how to utilize Pulley's tools effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting complex 409A valuations and acting as a technical problem-solver across various workflows. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall user experience. Your work will directly empower founders to make smarter equity decisions, laying the groundwork for their long-term growth. You will also analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and product offerings.

Pulley offers a competitive salary range of $50,000—$75,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
