Carvana is seeking an Automotive Mechanic Quality Lead to manage and develop a team in their Inspection Center. You'll oversee vehicle inspections and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in automotive quality assurance.

You have a strong background in automotive mechanics and quality assurance, with experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage and develop team members is complemented by your understanding of vehicle inspection processes and quality standards. What you'll do
