You have over 7 years of experience in B2C and B2B sales, demonstrating a strong track record in direct sales across diverse products and services. Your strategic thinking allows you to define problems and derive effective solutions, ensuring that your team meets its goals. You are confident in leading sales strategies and executing them effectively, with a focus on driving growth and value for the company.

Your experience includes leading teams and guiding them through the complexities of sales operations, ensuring that each member grows and contributes to the overall success of the team. You possess a deep understanding of market analysis and can derive insights that inform your sales strategies. You are adept at analyzing performance metrics and providing consulting based on relevant indicators across different channels and regions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales team for the Rocket Now division, focusing on acquiring and supporting partner stores to enhance service offerings. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's mission and objectives, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the challenges of the market.
