Overview

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for customer data and marketing technology platforms. You'll own the roadmap for capturing and organizing customer data, collaborating with engineering teams. This role requires extensive experience in product management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in marketing technology or customer data systems. You understand how to define and prioritize product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. Your experience includes working closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer engagement and retention. You are skilled in mentoring other product managers, fostering a collaborative product culture, and driving strategic initiatives that optimize growth. You are data-driven and can translate complex data insights into actionable strategies that improve marketing ROI and customer experiences.

Desirable

Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and event collection systems is a plus. Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and attribution services will help you excel in this role. You have a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving product success in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be essential in shaping the product vision and strategy.

As the Staff Product Manager, you will define the product vision and roadmap for Xometry's customer data and marketing technology platforms.
