You have a strong background in operations management and are skilled in leading teams effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interact with guests and homeowners seamlessly. You possess handy-person skills, enabling you to assist with various tasks, from simple repairs to guiding guests through operational queries. You are committed to fostering a positive team culture and supporting the professional growth of your team members. You understand the importance of aligning team goals with company objectives and are proactive in conducting evaluations and one-on-one meetings to ensure this alignment. You are at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the local market, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their performance and professional growth. Regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations will be part of your responsibilities to support your team members. You will also be involved in hands-on tasks, assisting guests with inquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Your role will require you to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence, ensuring that both homeowners and guests have exceptional experiences. Vacasa offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $350 per month.
