We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager who will be responsible for leading our Payment Product strategy working both independently as well as through our Product and Tech teams.

The ideal candidate is analytical, loves working backwards from data and customer insights in order to build the right technology and features, and resourceful in finding innovative solutions to unsolved problems. As a product leader you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision, managing a dynamic roadmap, communicating priorities clearly with a broad set of stakeholders and successfully delivering results.

- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Business level English and Japanese- Experience owning technology products
