Experience with banking products or services is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. What you'll do

As the Group Product Manager for the Balance Foundation at Adyen, you will be responsible for scaling and growing the banking infrastructure that underpins our financial products. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to develop core services that ensure seamless transactional flows and a unified client experience.

You will define the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the overall goals of the organization. Your role will involve conducting market research and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our banking services. You will prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring that the most impactful features are delivered on time and within scope.

In this position, you will also be responsible for establishing metrics to measure the success of your products, using data to drive decisions and iterate on features. You will work closely with compliance teams to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the trust of our clients and partners.

You will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring junior product managers and helping them develop their skills and careers.
