You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing key accounts and driving significant revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the intricacies of complex sales cycles and have successfully navigated them in the past. Your executive presence allows you to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders, ensuring that you can advocate for your clients while also representing your company's interests. You are a strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio of accounts. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking ways to enhance your skills and contribute to your team's success.

Desirable

Experience in the identity management or cybersecurity sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Okta's products and services. A background in technology sales will help you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling, allowing you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of named, multi-million dollar accounts, acting as the primary executive contact for key stakeholders. You will consistently exceed revenue targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing complex expansion opportunities. Your role goes beyond transactional selling; you will position yourself as a business strategist for your accounts, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide tailored solutions. You will drive dedicated cross-functional account teams globally, collaborating with various departments to ensure maximum Lifetime Value (LTV) for your clients. You will also be responsible for developing and executing account plans that align with both your clients' goals and Okta's strategic objectives. Regularly reporting on account performance and identifying areas for improvement will be key components of your responsibilities.
