HubSpot is hiring a Strategic Sales Specialist to drive new business for Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence. You'll leverage your sales skills and technical expertise to manage complete sales cycles. This role requires strong prospecting abilities and collaboration with Growth Specialists.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, where you've successfully driven new business and managed sales cycles from prospecting to closing. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You are adaptable and enjoy the challenge of navigating change, making you well-suited for a fast-paced sales environment. Your technical acumen enables you to understand and present HubSpot's products, including Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence, aligning them with customer needs. You are motivated by the opportunity to impact company growth and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and experimentation.
Experience with HubSpot's product suite is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies and tools that enhance prospecting and closing efforts. A background in technology sales or working with IT and operations stakeholders will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and can leverage analytics to identify opportunities within the install base.
In this role, you will drive the complete sales cycle for HubSpot's Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence products. You will actively prospect into your aligned team's install base, identifying and creating new opportunities while collaborating with Growth Specialists on territory planning and joint prospecting efforts. Your responsibilities will include owning discovery and solutioning, addressing the concerns of both business and technical stakeholders, and developing tailored solutions that align with customer requirements. You will partner with aligned sales teams to provide specialized product expertise and support, articulating the value of HubSpot's technical capabilities, including APIs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to effectively position HubSpot's offerings.
