Keboola is seeking a People Ops & HR Business Partner to design scalable people processes and partner with leaders to drive performance and culture. This role requires expertise in People Operations and HR Business Partnering.
You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in People Operations. You understand the importance of designing scalable processes that can adapt to a fast-growing organization. You have a proven track record of working closely with leadership to enhance performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
