Overview

Keboola is seeking a People Ops & HR Business Partner to design scalable people processes and partner with leaders to drive performance and culture. This role requires expertise in People Operations and HR Business Partnering.

Who you are

You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in People Operations. You understand the importance of designing scalable processes that can adapt to a fast-growing organization. You have a proven track record of working closely with leadership to enhance performance and foster a positive workplace culture. Your approach is data-driven, and you are comfortable leveraging AI to optimize HR functions. You thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and a proactive mindset.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with various stakeholders. You are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and can effectively influence leaders to adopt best practices in people management. Your experience includes architecting workflows and processes that align with business goals, ensuring clarity and efficiency in operations.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven HR solutions is a plus, as you will be expected to integrate technology into traditional HR practices.
