You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and can effectively communicate product goals and progress to various audiences. You understand the unique challenges of building products that cater to users living paycheck to paycheck, and you are passionate about creating value for customers.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks. You have a strong understanding of user research and can leverage insights to inform product decisions. A background in financial services or consumer products will help you navigate the complexities of Earnin's offerings.

What you'll do

As the Product Management Director at Earnin, you will define and lead the strategic direction for our core product and platform. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with a dedicated engineering team to rapidly execute product development and bring new offerings to market. You will be responsible for setting product goals, defining success metrics, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of our community members. You will lead cross-functional teams in conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.

What we offer

Earnin offers a competitive salary range of $270,000 - $330,000, along with equity and benefits. We provide a hybrid work environment, requiring in-person work from our Mountain View HQ office at least one day a week.
