You are an Associate M&A Attorney with a strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, ideally with experience in integrating businesses into a larger platform. You have a keen interest in working with tech-enabled companies and understand the nuances of business acquisitions from retiring owners. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to navigate complex legal frameworks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in a tech-enabled environment or with fintech companies would be a plus. Familiarity with the integration process of acquired companies and employee stock ownership plans is also desirable.
