Verkada is seeking an Account Executive to join their sales team in London. You'll be responsible for creating territory plans, prospecting new customers, and managing the full sales cycle. This role values drive and success in sales over specific tech experience.
You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in your previous roles. You understand the importance of building relationships and are eager to create your own territory plan to research your market and customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable using various methods to prospect for new customers, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. You are adaptable and open to learning, with a willingness to transition into the tech industry if you haven't already.
Experience in tech sales is a plus, but not a requirement. You are a top performer in your current or previous sales roles, demonstrating the ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate the value of Verkada's integrated, AI-powered platform to potential clients.
In this role, you will create your own territory plan and conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers and opportunities through various channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. Managing the full sales cycle will be a key part of your responsibilities, from qualifying leads to closing deals. You will collaborate closely with your team to share insights and strategies that drive success.
