You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in vendor delivery performance. Your experience includes building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, which are essential for ensuring quality and efficiency in operations. You excel at defining and communicating priorities, resource allocation, and managing task delivery queues effectively. You understand the importance of operational reporting and are skilled at analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements. Your ability to collaborate with vendor partners is key to achieving operational success, and you are adept at holding partners accountable for their performance. You are passionate about quality assurance and have a keen interest in the technology sector, particularly in autonomous driving.
As a Vendor Delivery Lead at Waymo, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of vendor partners in multiple functional areas.
