You understand the importance of user engagement and have a knack for identifying and resolving user challenges. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide users through their integration processes. You are proactive in monitoring user health and are skilled at managing tasks to ensure a seamless experience. Experience with integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs into web applications is essential, as is a familiarity with technical resources and internal processes.
Project management training or certification is a plus, as is experience working in a Professional Services or customer support organization. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on user success.
As a Launch Manager at Stripe, you will play a crucial role in helping users successfully implement Stripe products. You will work closely with the Solutions Architecture team to unblock activations during critical phases of the user journey. Your responsibilities will include managing user needs and tasks, proactively monitoring the health of users during their integration process, and facilitating internal processes to enable users. You will engage with various teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Alliances, to ensure that users receive the support they need. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior to identify where they may get stuck and designing targeted journeys to guide them through the integration process. You will also be responsible for managing Stripe-owned tasks, such as feature gating and support escalations, to ensure a smooth user experience.
