You'll assist customers with product-related inquiries and drive successful contract renewals. This role requires strong communication skills and a structured approach to customer success.
You have a strong background in customer success and account management, ideally with experience in the travel and expense sector. You thrive in structured environments and are proactive in addressing customer needs. In this role, you will support your customers by ensuring an excellent experience through timely and accurate communications. You will own the renewal cycle for your portfolio, from preparation and customer alignment to execution, ensuring predictable and successful renewals. Developing a deep understanding of Navan's travel and expense product offerings will be crucial, as you will enable program administrators to utilize the product effectively. You will monitor and respond to inquiries from Travel and Expense Administrators regarding product integrations, platform settings, and troubleshooting issues. Your role will involve driving customer satisfaction and adoption, ensuring that clients are fully engaged with the solutions provided.
