Overview

Pigment is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive strategy and optimize processes within the Revenue Operations team. You'll partner with Sales leadership to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights. This role requires experience in sales operations and process optimization.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for optimizing workflows to enhance performance. Your analytical skills allow you to define and report on key performance indicators effectively, ensuring that the sales team is aligned with the company's strategic goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with leadership to drive impactful strategies.

You are comfortable working with data and can translate insights into actionable recommendations. Your experience with capacity planning and account prioritization will be invaluable as you help the sales team focus on high-impact opportunities. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive better results.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered business planning tools. You may have worked with industry leaders and understand the dynamics of working with large organizations. A background in finance or performance management could also enhance your ability to contribute to Pigment's mission.
