As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation, leveraging your skills to build relationships and close sales. Your role will involve a mix of home office work and in-field activities, allowing you to connect with clients in person and understand their needs better. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you meet and exceed your sales targets.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the potential to earn significant commissions and bonuses based on your performance, with year one total on-target earnings around $93,000 and year two earnings ranging from $106,000 to $125,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
