Overview

Rubrik is seeking an Account Executive, Cloud Product Line Specialist to drive bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the TOLA region. This role requires a strong focus on acquiring new customers and managing pipeline strategies.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technical sales environments, and possess a deep understanding of cloud products and their market dynamics. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives on acquiring new logos and developing new opportunities. Your ability to manage pipeline and execute account strategies is exceptional, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed sales quotas.

You understand the importance of building relationships with both prospects and existing customers, and you are skilled at encouraging customer expansion. Your technical acumen allows you to communicate effectively about product pain points and value propositions, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are detail-oriented and have a strong grasp of the competitive landscape, which enables you to navigate objections and articulate the unique benefits of your offerings.

Desirable

What you'll do

As an Account Executive, Cloud Product Line Specialist at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the TOLA region. Your primary responsibility will be to drive pipeline generation daily, working closely with Core Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners. You will be tasked with developing and executing account strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

You will engage in focused interactions with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, positioning Rubrik’s solutions as the ideal fit. Your role will involve managing the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are nurtured and progressed effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking your sales activities and results, providing regular updates to your team and leadership.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work alongside various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales. You will participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
