Handshake is seeking Human Resources Assistants to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. This role is remote and flexible, requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in human resources or related fields, which equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. Your background may include maintaining personnel documentation, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employee records. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
Experience in AI or technology-related fields is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with evaluating content and providing structured feedback will enhance your contributions to the project. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills that will help you succeed in this role.
In this role, you will participate in an hourly, temporary AI research project where your primary responsibility will be to evaluate AI models based on your professional experience. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the AI's responses to ensure they align with real-world tasks and language. Your feedback will be crucial in strengthening the AI's understanding of workplace dynamics and terminology.
