As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your territory. You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed. You will have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, as you achieve your sales targets. You will work closely with a supportive team and have access to ongoing company-wide support to help you excel in your role.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $46,000 with the potential for significant earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses. You can expect on-target earnings of $90,000-$100,000 in your first year, with the potential to earn even more in subsequent years.
