Xometry is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to optimize their advertising model and enhance revenue strategies. You'll work with SQL, Snowflake, and analytics tools to drive insights and performance. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data modeling.
You are a strategic and highly analytical professional with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in advertising or marketing contexts. You have a strong background in developing attribution models and funnel reporting, enabling you to determine ROI based on both short- and long-term outcomes. Your expertise in SQL and data modeling tools like Snowflake, along with your familiarity with analytics engineering, allows you to build and maintain robust data models that integrate various data sources.
You thrive in collaborative environments, serving as a critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Yield, and Product teams. Your ability to analyze website traffic, customer conversion, and inventory supply/demand equips you to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You are comfortable working with various data platforms and tools, including dbt and Airflow, to enhance data workflows and reporting.
Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot is a plus, as is familiarity with campaign management and yield optimization strategies. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle complex data challenges effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of advertising data, from tracking site traffic acquisition to optimizing monetization strategies. You will develop sophisticated attribution models that help the company understand the effectiveness of its marketing spend across paid and organic channels. Your work will directly influence pricing strategies and inventory management, maximizing overall revenue and growth.
You will build and maintain campaign management data and reporting systems to improve monetization effectiveness and ad performance. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
