What you'll do

In this role, you will provide critical support to Coinbase Capital Markets, ensuring that the organization meets its regulatory obligations as a FINRA member broker-dealer. You will develop and implement compliance programs that align with Coinbase's business objectives while adhering to industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting compliance assessments, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing guidance to internal teams on compliance-related matters. You will collaborate closely with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and ensure that all employees understand their responsibilities in this area. Additionally, you will participate in training initiatives to educate staff on compliance policies and procedures, helping to create a compliant and ethical workplace.
