Databricks is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across EMEA. You'll work with payroll vendors and internal partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This role requires experience in managing payroll in multiple countries and advanced Excel skills.
You have experience managing payroll in multiple countries across EMEA — you've navigated the complexities of different payroll systems and compliance requirements, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and on time. Your advanced Excel skills allow you to perform complex functions, making you adept at analyzing payroll data and identifying areas for improvement. You are familiar with Workday HCM or similar systems, which enables you to efficiently manage payroll operations and collaborate with payroll vendors. Your understanding of case management tools and Service Level Agreements ensures that you can provide excellent support to employees while meeting organizational metrics. You possess strong English language skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
In your role as a Payroll Analyst at Databricks, you will support payroll processing for our EMEA regions, ensuring that all payrolls are accurate and timely. You will work closely with payroll vendors and internal partners to facilitate daily activities and provide employee support using our case management tool. Your responsibilities will include following payroll controls and compliance requirements, identifying opportunities to improve processes for scalability, and developing process documentation to enhance operational efficiency. You will also complete and adhere to payroll processing checklists, ensuring that all tasks are executed according to established guidelines. As part of the payroll team, you will contribute to our project roadmap, helping to implement improvements that enhance the overall employee experience.
