Overview

Xometry is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer to support their rapid customer growth. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team to improve mechanical solutions from concept to full rate production. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.

Who you are

You have a strong background in quality assurance and are skilled at prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively in demanding situations. Your experience allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are eager to transform the manufacturing industry through your work. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement, particularly in mechanical solutions from concept to full rate production. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams, including DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Supply Chain, ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the process.

Desirable

Experience in a digital technology company or the manufacturing industry would be a plus. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with internal and external customer teams to reduce supplier nonconformities effectively.

What you'll do
