What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product Compliance at Flex, you will lead a high-performing compliance team responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet regulatory requirements. You will work closely with product managers to integrate compliance considerations into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that compliance is built into the foundation of our offerings. You will also collaborate with legal teams to interpret regulations and provide guidance on compliance-related matters. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will be responsible for training and educating staff on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Additionally, you will represent the compliance function in executive meetings, providing insights and updates on compliance initiatives and challenges.
