Things you’ll do in this role:

• Be a big part of a small (2 people today) design team, playing both an individual contributor role and raising the bar for how we design at Isometric.

• Design a complex product that speeds up the process of robustly quantifying the amount of carbon removal that has occurred, and supporting auditors working with Isometric to be as effective as possible in conducting verifications at a pace 10-20x faster than the industry norm.

• Contribute to and elevate design across the company: from product design, branding and design culture to swag, sales decks and social media.

• Proactive ownership, pragmatism, and desire to get stuck into whatever is required to move the company forward.

• A design swiss army knife: we’re a small team and can’t afford specialists right now.
