What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the Produce, Herbs & Fruits category, shaping its strategy and ensuring a consistent supply chain performance. You will lead supplier negotiations, focusing on cost efficiency and quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing the supplier network across the country, ensuring on-time deliveries and compliance with specifications. You will also be involved in price updates, reporting, and maintaining the supplier database. As a point of escalation for operational issues, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with various teams to implement innovative sourcing strategies. Your role will require you to research and develop relationships with new suppliers, enhancing the overall procurement process.
