Xometry is hiring a Case Manager III in Business Operations to support customer growth and solve manufacturing challenges. You'll utilize project management skills and work with internal ERP systems. This role requires experience in managing projects and stakeholder satisfaction.
You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in operations or business environments. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Your ability to lead problem-solving processes and improve supplier relationships is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of delivering quality results and meeting customer expectations, and you are comfortable using technology to enhance your work processes.
Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with ERP systems and integrated software programs. You are proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions, and you enjoy collaborating with technical experts to drive improvements.
As a Case Manager III, you will perform project management functions that are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
