Who you are

You are a highly technical and hands-on Platform & Automation Engineer with a strong background in systems engineering and automation. You are comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS and have a solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker. Your expertise in automation tools like Ansible and Terraform allows you to streamline processes and improve system reliability. Desirable

Experience with Tray.ai or similar iPaaS platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript. You are also encouraged to apply if you have a background in DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines, as these skills will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and owning the automation, integrations, and connections that power Braze's go-to-market and customer experience ecosystem. You will develop scalable integrations that facilitate seamless data flows across various platforms, ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and effectively. You will take ownership of the Tray.ai iPaaS platform, leveraging its capabilities to deliver high-quality cross-platform automation solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of our applications and integrations team, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring that our integrations function smoothly and meet the needs of our users. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation and integration technologies.
