You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role, ideally within the tech industry. What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with mid-market digital native startups, helping them understand how Cloudflare's solutions can enhance their online presence and security. Collaborating with the sales team, you will assist in developing strategies to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improvements. Your role will involve creating technical documentation and resources to support customers in their journey with Cloudflare. You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge of Cloudflare's offerings and the competitive landscape.
