What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to a Site Leader and be an integral part of the Site leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high operational standards at Gopuff's MFCs, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, coordinating with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, contributing to the overall success of the operations team. You will also engage with team members to foster a positive work environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
