AppsFlyer is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise customers in Bangalore. You'll drive product adoption and maximize customer outcomes through proactive problem-solving and strategic engagement.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in the tech or SaaS industry. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on helping customers achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from products. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients effectively. You are data-driven, able to analyze customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You are comfortable leading training sessions and onboarding processes, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers across India. You will lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions to ensure customers are equipped to use AppsFlyer's products effectively. Regular check-ins and usage reviews will be part of your routine to maintain engagement and satisfaction. You will conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders to showcase the impact of AppsFlyer's solutions and align on goals. Analyzing customer data will be crucial for surfacing insights, troubleshooting challenges, and recommending optimizations. You will capture feedback and collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Support teams to drive continuous improvements. Additionally, you will actively support renewal conversations and identify opportunities for feature adoption or account expansion, ensuring that customers renew with confidence.
