Google is seeking a Regional Product Lead for Media Effectiveness to drive the commercialization strategy for their ads business. You'll collaborate with sales and analytics teams to enhance product positioning and measurement solutions. This role requires experience in ads measurement and product management.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in business, go-to-market, or commercialization functions. Your background includes working in Ads measurement or Attribution, and you have experience collaborating with product management or engineering teams, as well as executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. You are skilled in developing go-to-market strategies, setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and optimizing resource allocation. Your knowledge of digital media solutions, media effectiveness, and AI/problem-solving skills enables you to effectively pitch and activate across a sales organization. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will influence higher-level executives and sellers. Additionally, fluency in German or French is a plus for supporting client relationship management in this region.
As a Regional Product Lead in Media Effectiveness, you will be a key partner to our sales organization, driving the adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions. You will help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of various groups of advertisers, focusing on growing customers by launching new products to market. Your role will involve empowering sales teams with resources and channeling customer feedback to the product development team. You will collaborate with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret and contextualize results from Google measurement solutions, demonstrating Google's impact. Your responsibilities will include effectively positioning Google results against client marketing objectives and competitively driving growth conversations. You will manage operational initiatives and provide thought leadership in marketing and media analytics, measurement, and attribution, helping clients navigate industry standards.
