Upstart is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Onboarding Experience team to enhance the loan application process. You'll focus on creating seamless customer experiences in a digital-first environment. This role requires strong technical skills and a commitment to improving access to affordable credit.
You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in building customer-centric applications that enhance user experiences. You understand the importance of creating seamless processes and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve access to financial services. Experience with AI technologies or lending platforms would be a plus, as well as familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in software development. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can effectively communicate with team members across various locations.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Onboarding Experience team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing features that streamline the loan application process. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create a user-friendly interface that meets the needs of both borrowers and internal operations teams. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the overall customer experience.
