Microsoft is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Dynamics 365 Customer Experience and Growth team. You'll collaborate with strategic public sector customers and influence product strategy while supporting the adoption of Agentic AI solutions. This role requires experience in program management and a strong understanding of customer engagement.
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in customer engagement and business applications. You understand the complexities of working with public sector customers and have a proven track record of shaping growth strategies. Your ability to influence product strategy through customer feedback is a key strength, and you thrive in collaborative environments where innovation is encouraged.
You are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its suite of products, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Your experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) for business applications allows you to effectively address complex business challenges. You are adept at leveraging Agentic AI solutions to unlock value for customers and enhance their experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you make data-driven decisions that positively impact customer success and product development.
Experience working with government clients or in the public sector is a plus. Familiarity with AI solutions and their application in business contexts will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with implementing new technologies.
In this role, you will lead initiatives that support the successful adoption and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for US Government customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that their feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will involve shaping growth strategies that align with customer goals and drive engagement with Microsoft products.
You will be responsible for influencing product strategy and roadmap development based on customer insights. This includes gathering feedback, analyzing customer data, and identifying trends that can inform future product enhancements. Your ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies will be crucial in this position.
You will also engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage Microsoft’s suite of products. Your expertise in customer experience will help you build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Microsoft solutions.
