Box is hiring an Implementation Consultant to drive the adoption of their Intelligent Content Management platform. You'll engage with large enterprises to transform their workflows and enhance collaboration. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in consulting or implementation roles, ideally with experience in enterprise software solutions. You excel in communication and can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the implementation process. You are adept at understanding complex business workflows and can translate technical requirements into actionable plans. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are passionate about helping organizations leverage technology to improve their operations and drive efficiency. You understand the importance of user adoption and are skilled at training and supporting users during the transition to new systems.
As an Implementation Consultant at Box, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique content management needs and help them implement our platform effectively. You will lead workshops and training sessions to ensure that users are equipped to utilize the platform to its fullest potential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to provide feedback on client needs and help shape future product enhancements. Your role will involve developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process and providing ongoing support to clients post-launch. Your goal is to ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes and realize the full value of the Box platform.
At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $114,500—$143,000 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
