You are a results-driven sales professional with experience in account management and business development. You have a proven track record of acquiring new customers and upselling existing accounts, particularly in the SMB/MM sector. Your fluency in Thai allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, enhancing your ability to build strong relationships and drive sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You understand the importance of cybersecurity and are passionate about helping organizations strengthen their security culture. Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for data-driven decision-making. A background in sales training or customer success can also be beneficial in this role.
As a Regional Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling existing SMB/MM-sized customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximize all revenue opportunities and exceed your monthly sales quota. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how KnowBe4's AI-driven Human Risk Management platform can address their security challenges. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through onboarding and beyond. Regularly analyzing sales data and market trends will be essential to identify new opportunities and refine your sales strategies. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry developments, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value of KnowBe4's solutions to clients.
