Databricks is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to leverage technical expertise in demonstrating their Data Intelligence Platform. You'll work closely with clients to solve complex data challenges, utilizing skills in Apache Spark. This role requires a strong customer-centric mindset and collaboration with a team.
You have a strong background in solutions engineering, with a focus on data analytics and a customer-centric approach. Your experience includes building successful relationships with clients and providing technical and business value. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs. You are proficient in Apache Spark and have a solid understanding of the cloud ecosystem, enabling you to guide clients through their data challenges effectively. You are passionate about fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, and you are eager to contribute to the technical community through workshops and seminars.
Experience with big data analytics and cloud integration is a plus. Familiarity with third-party applications and their integration into data solutions will enhance your ability to provide comprehensive support to clients.
In this role, you will be a key player in demonstrating how Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform can address complex data challenges faced by clients. You will work closely with an Account Executive and a Senior Solutions Architect to provide tailored solutions that drive business value. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on evaluations of the platform, showcasing its capabilities through Spark programming, and integrating it with the wider cloud ecosystem. You will also engage with clients at workshops and meet-ups, contributing to the growth of the Databricks technical community. Your role will involve advising clients on architecture and design aspects of big data analytics, ensuring they can leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
