You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, particularly within the electronics, OEMs, telecom, apps, or technology industries. Your background includes managing agreements or partnerships and working with C-level executives across various levels of management. A Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred, along with 3 years of experience specifically in the semiconductor industry. You possess the ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial and business benefits, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners. Your excellent communication and influencing skills enable you to navigate complex partnership landscapes effectively.
As a Global Top Partner Manager, you will lead the cross-Google strategy for one or more strategic partners in the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for developing compelling engagement strategies and briefings for Google’s executives, ensuring that the partnership aligns with Google’s strategic priorities. You will gather data from both internal and external sources to become a recognized expert on specific companies in the semiconductor industry, informing analyses on the potential impact to Google’s business or strategic approach. Additionally, you will lead special projects that address cross-cutting issues and opportunities impacting semiconductors globally, collaborating with various teams within Google to shape cohesive engagement strategies.
