In this internship, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Execution, Quality, and Logistics, to create and optimize business processes. You will identify process inefficiencies within the Manufacturing Operations Program Management team and drive actions toward resolution. Your role will involve developing data-driven tools, dashboards, and workflows to streamline operations and generate insights. You will also support New Product Introduction (NPI) change management, coordinating stakeholder communication and planning. Observing production processes will be part of your responsibilities, where you will identify variability and recommend standardization opportunities. Additionally, you will coordinate workshops and training sessions to roll out new processes and best practices, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.
